To support user access to the Credo Services through your institution or otherwise, we may collect information about your IP address, your username and password, email address, or other authentication information. We may also collect other information that you may provide to Credo through comments, feedback, posts or other messages. Credo may also automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information in connection with your use of the Credo Services, including type of operating system and browser you are using, content that has been viewed, and information about your device and internet connection. This information is collected in order to improve and optimize your experience with Credo. For account administrators only, we may also use your contact information to send information about offers Credo feels may be of interest to you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not sell any collected personal information to third parties.

Credo may collect course data and Personal Information to deliver Services for educational purposes. In delivering the Services, Credo may provide and disclose Personal Information to the User’s Educator and Institution and as otherwise directed by the Institution or the Educator. Educators and Institutions may export grade book information and other Course Data from the Services for the purpose of maintaining educational records.

7. Compliance with Data Protection Laws

Credo complies with all applicable provisions of the United States Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, 20 U.S.C. 1232g, 34 CFR Part 99 (FERPA) in receiving and handling personally identifiable information from education records as a "school official" under FERPA.
