Privacy Policy

Credo will not disclose user information to any third party, except as described herein. Credo may use the personal data the Licensee provides online to send the Licensee information about offers that Credo feels may be of interest to the Licensee. Credo may send data provided by the Licensee to its business partners, provided, that, prior to sending any such information, Credo will enter into an agreement with the business partner that ensures that the information Credo sends is safeguarded. Thereafter, only Credo or its business partners will send the Licensee communications. In addition, Credo may provide aggregated, anonymous statistical data about use of the Credo search or learning platforms to other persons.

Credo will only collect personal information from an Authorized Users if the Authorized User voluntarily provides it to Credo as provided on a particular web page. In such event, the Authorized User may provide his or her name and/or email address for the purpose shown on the applicable page.  Credo does not store the personally identifiable information and therefore there is no process for Authorized Users to modify his or her personally identifiable information.  

Credo protects the privacy of our Licensees’ student education records in conformance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ("FERPA"), where FERPA is applicable.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time and without prior notice.  The most current version of this policy will always be posted on the site.
