Credo Anti-Spam Policy

Please read carefully the terms and conditions, privacy and anti-spam policies, which apply to everyone who visits this site.

If you proceed to use this site, you are agreeing to abide by these rules.

Welcome to the Credo website. This site is owned and operated by Credo, and these policies are designed to tell you about our practices regarding collection, use, and disclosure of information that you may provide via this site as well as your own responsibilities.

Spam-Free Experience

We have zero tolerance for spam. It's toxic. It corrupts the sender, invades the privacy of the recipient and clogs the Internet with waste. Therefore we only collect and hold your email address in order to send you the newsletters you have requested. You can unsubscribe at any time for any reason (or no reason at all). And you will never hear from us again. No holiday cards, no nostalgic calls at 2:00 AM...nothing.

We're in the lifelong learning business, not the email list business so you can count on us to never sell our email lists nor will we "share" your name or details with partners. However, unless you ask us not to, we will send you emails in the future to share with you new products, services or changes to this policy.

And by the way, there are only two reasons we should have anyone's email address: one, they subscribed to one of our newsletters or two, someone else subscribed them. While we do recommend subscribers sharing issues with friends, we do not encourage anyone to subscribe someone without their permission. If you feel you've been a victim of this circumstance, we apologize profusely.

Unsubscribing

We hate lists that require a complicated email chain in order to unsubscribe. If you don't want to receive our witty, creative messages—our writers' egos require that we label them as suchthen you don't want to receive our messages and it's as simple as that. Just look for the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any one of our emails.

And if you ever have any problems with your subscription, feel free to contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

Changes to Policy

On occasion we will update this spam policy. When we do, it's our practice not to inform our subscribers or clients—unless the policy changes affect how we use their personal information. Most of the time our spam policy changes are nothing more than a simple update to satisfy local or national laws—the sort of things we thought you'd prefer not to be bothered with. All updates can be viewed on this page.

If you feel that we are not living by this spam policy, you should contact us immediately on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  or call us at +1.855.292.6100.
